Flour Confections is now carrying 9x9 size sheets of bumpy foam that is ideal for making cattelya orchid throats. I used this during my class with Ron Ben Israel in November of 2010, and they were FAB! They go for $8.95+HST and are a great addition to your inventory of sugar flower tools.
