Wow! March was a busy month. On top of my supply teaching assignments, I've been teaching children's cake decorating classes at Cambridge Centre for the Arts, in Cambridge but most recently, sugar flower classes at Icing Inspirations, as part of the Flower Collection Series. These past couple of weeks, I've had the wonderful opportunity to teach sugar flowers at Icing Inspirations. As part of the Flower Collection Series, I taught a class on the Sweet Pea flower and, just this Saturday, the Cattleya Orchid.
Great group of students who were eager to learn. Lot
