Yesterday, I spent a wonderful morning at Icing Inspirations teaching the poppy flower in gumpaste. This was the third class I've taught in The Flower Collection series, where students sign up to learn the flower of their choice.I had five wonderful students, some of whom are what I like to call "repeat offenders", LOL! They've caught the sugar bug and have come over to the sweet side.
